Great dealing with you. Sales and finance were professional and took care to see that the 2025 Taos was in excellent condition. One suggestion would be to reboot the infotainment/navigation system to eliminate prior owner settings. Every time I start the car, the screen depicts multiple McDonalds location in Atlanta. I was supposed to drive from Cincinnati back to home base in Asheville, but I followed the GPS and ended up at McDonalds in Atlanta......The burger was OK! Mike Garrison and Kaz Saladin were easy to work with, exceptional team members!

I took my VW 2014 Jetta to get a new key and some work done because my mother who has bought he last to VW from Joseph and always raved about how great they are. We had a great experience this week while purchasing a certified ID4 from Joseph Volkswagen. Additionally, Michael Garrison, our sales person, answered many questions about the car, warranty, features. And when our questions were beyond his area, he reached out to the right person. Test driving process was a breeze, and helped us make our decision. Other staff, including Steve, were extremely professional, and had helpful insights about the ID4.
Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Greg. , I trust them with my car and will be comng back in the future.

Justin made buying our new Volkswagen Tiguan easy. We saw the vehicle online and he quickly sent a text message that included a video of the car and then called us to set up a test drive. After the test drive we called the following morning and gave him all of our i formation and within an hour we drove over to sign the paperwork and pickup the new car. It took less than 20 minutes. This was the best experience for us!
For a rainy day from the time I entered the dealership the welcoming was great. Fantastic customer service and easy process
I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off early to ensure they could get started on it immediately. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called 5 hours later and learned they hadn’t looked at it yet. They told me they were busy with 17 other vehicles. I asked what the purpose of appointments were if they don’t honor them. They said they would get it right in and start diagnostics.
