A little older dealership in a no frills building but they seem to pass some of that savings on to their customers. I couldn't find another VW dealership in the area that would sell me a Tiguan cheaper than Performance. If you want a nice waiting area with some amenities while you wait for service this might not be your place. I don't believe they have a car wash or anything either so your car will look the same way you brought it in. But service is good and not a long wait time for an appointment.
Greg and the team are great, great, great, great, great! This survey, which needs a minimum of 15 words, is not so great!

Good experience. I was greeted and waited on as soon as I walked in the door. The service performed was explained, and I received the car back in less time than was promised. I walked up the street to kill time, and I received a text and a phone call notifying me that my car was ready. Everyone (the service rep, the cashier, and even a salesperson) were all friendly and professional.

Made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Reggie told me to bring my car in so they can see what happened with my tire (it was flat). When I brought it in, the a man with white hair in the service department said “why would he tell you to bring it in, we’re too busy.” I politely said that I wasn’t sure but that I could leave it and it didn’t need to be rushed. When entering the salesroom, was treated hurriedly and uninterestedly by a salesman going out the door. Sent to a man who was new to the sales position. No vehicles that I was interested in were on the sales floor. Had to go outside in the heat to look at models. Came in with a number in mind, told them I wasn’t happy with the quote. They asked what I needed to make it happen. Boom. Number where I wanted, happy with car, speed of transaction and willingness to get me to a price I was happy with. Greg did a great job, even though it was only his second week, he knew a lot and got all of the answers for me quickly! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My experience at Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati was nothing short of exceptional. They provided information on the additional services/options outside the official window sticker (Moroney Label) and when I declined those options there was no hard sell. In addition both our sales rep (Ben Wassan) and the sale manager advised us of all the various incentives available. This was one of the best auto buying experiences I have had. Highly recommended.

I have had 3 Volkswagens, so I am a fan of the make of vehicle. This dealership has been a perfectly acceptable option for local service, though of course their prices are higher than independent or chain shops. However, they have good expertise in their service department which is sometimes worth paying for.
I recently traded in an old WV for a used one. They handed me to a very junior associate who was not very professional or knowledgeable. The process for signing on the car took over 2 hours. It was painfully slow and inefficient.

Generally I like the dealership - good people. I was a little disappointed with my last service - new car warranty maintenance - oil change etc.. I made an appointment in advance and dropped the car off the night before. Told them I'd like to have it back by noon if possible. It wasn't ready until 5:30 and I had to call them to check on it, they didn't call me. I'm sure the work was good but the communication wasn't.

Great dealing with you. Sales and finance were professional and took care to see that the 2025 Taos was in excellent condition. One suggestion would be to reboot the infotainment/navigation system to eliminate prior owner settings. Every time I start the car, the screen depicts multiple McDonalds location in Atlanta. I was supposed to drive from Cincinnati back to home base in Asheville, but I followed the GPS and ended up at McDonalds in Atlanta......The burger was OK! Mike Garrison and Kaz Saladin were easy to work with, exceptional team members!

We had a great experience this week while purchasing a certified ID4 from Joseph Volkswagen. Additionally, Michael Garrison, our sales person, answered many questions about the car, warranty, features. And when our questions were beyond his area, he reached out to the right person. Test driving process was a breeze, and helped us make our decision. Other staff, including Steve, were extremely professional, and had helpful insights about the ID4.
